ATFD
Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD) is a very modernized and a dynamic equipment.
This shall be used majorly for product layer concentrations and in ETP (Effluent treatment plants).
The working principle of this equipment is vaporization under vacuum and atmospheric condition.
Sizes Available in design
•Optimum overall heat transfer co-efficient for design.
•Design of ATFD will be done on 8 kg/cm2.
•Operation of ATFD will be done majorly on 6 kg/cm2.
•Inlet TDS to ATFD will be 35%
Dry Powder with 5-10 % Moisture will be collected from bottom of ATFD
